MRS Ashley Cole got in a strop after being papped without her wedding ring.
Chezza says it's nonsense to read anything in to the fact that she hasn't been wearing her adulterous hubby's ã165,000 sparkler.
First, she was snapped in Paris, dangling her ringless finger at the snappers.
Then she was spotted wearing something out of her granny's dressing-up box on the finger next to her pinky.
This wasn't in any way, not now, not in a million years - never, never, never, never, never - intended to be a slight to the philandering Mr Cole.
Odd then that the dancing totty should get so wound up as to issue a statement via her PR minders.
Chezza said: "It is not some silly game I am playing ... Please drop it."
Oh, drop yourself, love. No-one's that bothered.
