Sam Fox is all washed up in the jungle

It was a bit cruel, but appropriate, to make Sam Fox take part in a Bushtucker Trial called All Washed Up.

It happened just after Gina D'Acampo had been treated to a private rendition of Touch Me, which he declared "my favourite Sam Fox song". Surely her only song, really?

Anyway, she did well in the trial, so good luck to her.

This could be a great series of I'm A Celebrity..Get Me Out Of Here, especially with Jordan on her way in. I'm rooting for George Hamilton, who is already brilliant.

I love Ant and Dec, even with Ant's new hair, an apparent homage to Jedward.

I'm A Celeb capped a great evening of telly, which started with Doctor Who being all Masterful and power hungry - interesting.

Then Jamie was kicked out of X Factor, much to Simon's shock. It's not quite so nice when someone else takes it to deadlock, is it? Maybe now he doesn't place quite so much trust in the public to do the right thing.
