The world's first 'Smart Vending Machine' will be on display at the Bullring at the weekend.

The Juicy drench drinks vending machine tests mental agility before dispensing products.

Juicy drench brings its new concept in vending to Birmingham's Bull Ring on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th September 2010.

The drench Smart Vending Machine, with an intelligent interactive touch-screen, is programmed with a number of fun games that test mental agility in order to demonstrate that brains perform best when they're hydrated.

Members of the Birmingham public will be rewarded with free bottles of Juicy drench spring water dispensed by the Smart Vending Machine for tackling the challenges.

The state-of-the-art vending machine will allow members of the public in Birmingham to try out 40 different games via the touch screens on the Smart Vending Machine, ranging from clever maths tasks through to contemporary 'spot the difference' challenges. Each of the games is designed to test alertness and ensure users stay on top of their game. The games can be viewed and played online here www.staydrenched.co.uk

Laura Molloy, Senior Brand Manager at drench said; "We are always looking into fun ways to communicate the message that brains perform best when they're hydrated, and we thought there was no better way than creating a vending machine with a unique twist. The games are visually brilliant and utterly addictive to play and I think members of the public will really enjoy having a go, not to mention receiving their free bottle of juicy drench at the end."

Oh my Mr Wollaston! I don't know whether I am more excited about these fun brainteaser vending machines, or your sudden spout of (albeit it white, dry and only at the sides) hairgrowth! You might want to consider a touch of botox, or collagen fillers for those craters in your forehead though - speak to Gordon Ramsay, I hear he has the same problem ;o)

In fact he is probably far too old for it now which is why you will see a lot of reviews been done by kids... He has been nominated three times for Regional Games Journalist Of The Year at the Games Media Awards, but never wins. His major love is sports games and rates Sensible World of Soccer circa 90's as the greatest game ever made - closely followed by Championship Manager 2. Skyrim has currently taken over his life.
