Murder Woman's Club (DS)

By Steve Wollaston on Dec 4, 09 02:28 PM

THQ should be commended for delivering something very different from the usual fare on the DS, sadly this isn't quite as good as it should have been.

This murder mystery game is fairly short and if the truth be known not entirely challenging.

The graphics and storyline are exemplary and the game has a good atmosphere and presence to it.

The game has a very good pedigree with it being based on the work of novelist James Patterson.

Justice isn't done to its origins though. The game has unresponsive controls at times and there are some simplistic mini-games that do nothing to gel together what feels like a very disjointed game.

The idea behind the game is fantastic, and whilst not all bad, the execution of the game wasn't up to scratch.
