Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 (Wii)

Sports game specialists Tiger Woods have struck gold again with this one, so much so that after playing this game it is hard to see why I put up with any golf game in the past.

The brilliance of previous Tiger Woods titles are continued with this game but added in is the sweetest, most realistic and downright brilliant control system using your Wii-mote as your club and its new offspring the Wii-Motion-Plus for added realism.

The realism is vital for a true sporting simulation and with this game it really is impressive, the game measures the finer details of your swing and incorporates it into the game.

Anyone who has played golf will know that even the slightest blemish in your swing can send you into a stream or chasing moles with an ankle skimmer.

To incorporate that into a game is fantastic and makes this feel superb to play, I got a real kick out of standing in the living room swinging away.

In all honesty I looked ridiculous but when you are playing it there is a real sense that you are actually playing the game - that's a powerful end result.

You can even work with the ball in the air and affect the spin of the ball by choosing a direction on the pad and flailing your arms around like a nutter.

The graphics on the game are exemplary and a real credit to the wii, the gameplay is flawless and the options are extensive.

Online play is addictive and game modes like the new Frisbee game are a welcome side-step from the main action - this is basically golf but with your arm, a Frisbee, and a basket at the end. Great fun!

Golfing fans will be in heaven with this game - this is the closes game yet to the real thing, it takes no prisoners and is a very rewarding gaming experience.
