Sky Sports News' Marmite man

By Andy Walker on Feb 2, 09 08:10 PM

The transfer window is always an exciting time of the season for football fans. The nervous anticipation followed by disappointment, frantic texting to your mates and the hours of watching Sky Sports News on a loop in the hope that you're club announce that they've snapped up a superstar.

Ah, Sky Sports News. A channel that has become a regular fixture of the transfer window system with its excitable presenters.

And the channel has also forced Andy 'man of many phones' Burton on to our screens in recent years. The public schoolboy look-a-like boasts about receiving texts from such high-profile names as Arsene Wenger while unleashing 'gossip' that many already knew.

From what I gather the SSN reporter is seen as an entertaining irritation. So Andy Burton - do you love him? Or hate him? Discuss......

P.s. I attempted to track down a picture of Mr Burton but had no joy so here's an amusing snap of a younger Thierry Henry instead. thierry_henry.jpg

Don't laugh at Thierry Henry. He plays for the best team in the world and, quite frankly, there is nothing wrong with the pic of him as a youngster.
What truly is wrong and laughable is the continued absense of Half Full, Half Empty. Far more irritating than Andy Burton is the fact my pleas are falling on deaf ears! I'm only the only one who enjoyed those vids? Surely not...
