I say... how about a well hung parliament?

So, by the end of today, Thursday May 6 2010, Britain could be heading for a well hung parliament did I hear someone say? Oh my....
All this recent talk of our political leaders credentials during the general election could almost get a little too intense for an impressionable young voter to bear.

First we watched the Cleggster growing on the general public during the first live televised debate, after which we saw our Mr Smooth aka Tory David Cameron and the current man on top, old Gordon Brown, rather quickly rise to the occasion on realising there's rather more substantial competition in this election than there were perhaps banking on.

- Well, if the sudden growth (in popularity) of a party and its leader, whom the two big boys in this game previously considered rather small in comparison to themselves isnt going to make them stand to attention, then they certainly wouldn't be the men we all thought they were would they? After all, if you're going to be Prime Minister then it has to be said, you're going to have to be rather ballsy to handle everything that's about to be thrown at you without withering away like a little willow...

And over the past week, we've witnessed an incredible amount of activity and pace from each of these party leaders as they worked their way around the entire UK, making a play for every man woman and teenager eligible to give them their vote and hold them on top for the next few years as our PM.

The question is, have they all done an equally good job of wooing us all? Or has one of them emerged as the ultimate conqueror?
If it's the latter, who will emerge as the biggest man? Will it be the Liberal Nick Clegg taking control? Will the smooth, Conservative Mr Cameron take hold of the reigns, or will the old Labourer Mr Brown hold his position firmly on top? We'll soon find out...

Now, in the meantime, take a look at the rather "contemporary" poll on how our potential leaders err, "measure up"...!
