The Diva finally falls off her pedestal!

Yep! That's my chin! I would love to have been able to say I fell off a skateboard at the skatejam I worked at for Kerrang today.... but the truth in fact is, I attempted to cross a slippery beer drenched floor in Birmingham Academy last night and promptly fell smack on my face, smashed my chin, went to the loo with my friend to sort myself out, THEN collapsed and hit the back of my head (I now have a very nice lump - a little like a fat corner) and ended up in A&E until 5am. Nice.

I now have paper 'stitches' stuck to my chin which, no thanks to the nurses/doctor who took about 3 hours to bother to see to me (they tried to brand me a drunk - even though I clearly wasn't at that point! Nice to feel looked after by the NHS), I have now found out I must leave on for 5 days and not get wet.... so the old flannel is enjoying a revival so I can wash my face!

DARRRRRN!

Oh how I must suffer for my style.... at least my boots are still in tact and I have no holes in my brand new spray-on washed out denim leggings... or top.... or teeth!!!

Will I be wearing those boots again? DAMN right I will be! I'll just be more careful where I wear them next time instead! It's fashion daaahlings... it's not meant to be practical! Although that said, I don't think there's any real need to act the true fashionista in the Academy...
