Who are the people who have time to put things like this together?

It has to be said that this - http://www.youtube.com/CastTheCurse - looks like it could be worth a look for a number of reasons.

Once upon a time there was an enchanted forest filled with all the classic characters we love. One day the evil queen placed a curse upon all of them. This is their story.

From the inventive minds of Lost executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis comes a bold new imagining of the world, where fairy tales and the modern-day are about to collide

What I do know is that the trailer is the most inventive use of You Tube I have seen and also includes a bit of black smoke and a rather blatant reference to the number 108!

Lost: 7 years on...

By Steve Wollaston on Sep 25, 11 07:37 PM

It's been a whopping 7 years since ABC premiered Lost on our screens.

It seems like a lot less. In my opinion the greatest TV drama of all time.

Here's a nice fan tribute.

Ok so it's a spoof but one with the actors taking part. Good enough for me.

Top corner after the advert....

Made me laugh!

God I miss Lost though. TV just isn't the same is it?

Lara Croft meets Lost

By Steve Wollaston on Jun 7, 11 10:42 AM

It has to be said - aside from looking amazing this looks like something fresh out of Lost.

Shipwrecked on mysterious island, held captive... etc etc

I think we could have done without the Steffi Graf style grunts all the time though!

Lost writers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis have penned a new fantasy series due to air in the US on ABC.

It's about a young son who believes his mother comes from an alternate world and is the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming.

According to ABC Entertainment president Paul Lee: "Once Upon a Time is completely unlike Lost.

"But in some ways it's like Lost because it's about a group of people who are trapped."

While the new series will use flashbacks like Lost, those flashbacks will be of the fairytale world the characters come from.

Here's the trailer!

JJ Abrams sends Hurley back to an island...

Here's a trailer for the great man's new series. It has the devil himself in it, so I'll be watching!

Apologies for the poor picture quality...

What you see in front of you is a screen-grab from the original Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1979.

That my friends is a Dharma logo! I nearly spat my cup of tea out...

Hawk the Slayer

Sometimes when you trawl the internet it takes you to strange places and unlocks things in the vaults of your mind that you thought had gone forever.

That happened to me today when I stumbed upon a trailer for Hawk The Slayer - a cult film that was so bizarre and at times awful that it was actually brilliant.

Included in the cast of this 1980 film were Bernard Bresslaw, Jack Palance, Roy Kinnear and Mrs Victor Meldrew.

I loved this film, and finding this clip has inspired me to hunt it down again and relive those memories.

Here's the best bits in three minutes - allegedly.

More suprising to me was that the lead character Hawk was actually played by no other than John Terry - aka Christian Shepard of Lost fame... small world!
