Review: It's a Wonderful Life
To celebrate the 65th anniversary of the timeless Christmas Classic It's a Wonderful Life, Universal Pictures have re-released it on DVD and Blu-Ray.
This is the moving story of one man and his journey of discovery. Nominated for five Academy Awards® and voted the most inspirational film of all time,* It's a Wonderful Life limited edition anniversary release will make the perfect Christmas gift for young and old when it releases on DVD and Blu-ray™ from 7th November 2011.
I hadn't seen the film for a while but over the years I have probably seen it at least a dozen times.
It's a film that can be watched over and over again but never loses the magic from the first time you see it.
The acting, the story but more importantly the message conveyed are what combine to make this such a heartwarming tale and the perfect Christmas film.
There aren't enough magical moments in movies these days, it is testament to this film ath to this day it is regarded as one of the finest films ever made.
A true display of cinematic genius the film was nominated for five Academy Awards® and voted the most inspirational film of all time.
