Aliens left hanging on a cliffhanger
As the UK prepares to switch off analogue TV and enter the digital age proper, spare a thought for poor old ET.
Telly has been transmitted to the stars ever since the first signal was sent into our homes, but satellite and cable will put an end to our 'free' service to the galaxy.
But just what are the aliens watching? The above graphic reveals how far UK TV has got. Click on the image for a larger version.
I just hope ET gets to see the end of Lost or we might spark of an invasion of very irrate Wookies!
