Nerdoh for Movie nerds

We have rooted out another great website for movie buffs.

Nerdoh is a website that we came across when browsing the net and we loved it.

We got our nerdy little paws on a couple of items from the online traders.

*There is a special offer for Anorak City readers at the bottom of the page!

And my personal favourite a Lieutenant Kilgore's U.S. Army Surf Team beanie hat.

It's a great nod to Apocalypse Now but in a subtle way.

First there was the heavy duty Mobile Infantry hoodie from Starship Troopers.

The reason I love the Nerdoh site is because it has things others don't have. Like the Bates Motel hand towel or a bathe towel from the Overlook Hotel.

Genius products and the epitome of cool.

We spoke to Nerdoh spokesman Phil who said:

The initial premise that we didn't really like to wear a t-shirt with a 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' logo emblazoned across the front with Indiana Jones and his leather whip swinging across a ravine. Yet, we loved the movie (and like a band) wanted to have something as a souvenir of it.

Surely there was a subtle, yet cool way of wearing something that depicted your favourite film?

We take all the best references, in some of the greatest films ever made.,, such as Camp Crystal Lake (Friday the 13th) or Mos Eisley Cantina (Star Wars) and create our own movie inspired tees, paying homage and lovingly recreating something that is wearable, fashionable and will let true movie fans know exactly where you are coming from!

Hence...made to superior premium quality, screen printed to exacting standards (none of this transfer rubbish that will wash off after a day), with unique, subtle designs from cult movies. They will last and last and last - you get the idea.

We also have quite a few famous personalities who like to wear our designs...

Jonathan Ross remarked that they were 'cool shirts' (via Twitter)...

Tom Savini (actor and horror special effects guru) owns one of our From Dusk Till Dawn designs...

Moon director, Duncan Jones has tweeted how cool they are.

Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead/Hot Fuzz) has a nice collection of our shirts...among many others.

More info at www.nerdoh.co.uk - if you mention Anorak City at the checkout you will get a free t-shirt. It doesn't get any better than that!
