Wilma Deering: Sexiest sci-fi character ever?

I went to the Memorabillia Show at the NEC at the weekend and had the pleasure of saying a quick hello to Erin Gray and Gil Gerard of Buck Rogers fame.

Gil Gerard was the epitome of cool in Buck Rogers - which was easily my favourite show as a kid.

Erin Gray was the ultimate display of womanliness and I confess that she was my first crush as a small boy.

Wilma Deering was a fiesty character, with an attitude that could strip paint, but beneath that snarling exterior and that sexy white catsuit you knew Wilma was a sweetie really.

Quite strange when you meet the actress behind the siren some 25 years later!

In tribute to Erin Gray at the height of her Buck Rogers fame though this Anorak City writer is proudly saying that Wilma Deering will always be the sexiest sci-fi character of all time.

If you disagree you better give me some serious alternatives...

Colonel Wilma Deering I salute you!
