Lost : series six spoilers and new cast members
The final season of Lost is getting closer - and there's news of new cast members.
First up is John Hawkes of Deadwood fame.
Word is he'll play a character called Lennon, who is described as the scruffy, edgy, and charismatic spokesman and translator for the president of a foreign corporation.
He'll be a recurring character who turns out to be far more powerful than his position would seem to indicate.
Next is Japanese actor Hiroyuki Sanada, from The Last Samurai.
Also seen in Rush Hour No 3, we're told he has a "significant" role in season 6.
There's no word yet on who he'll be playing, but don't rule out a link with Sun's ruthless businessman father, who is seething after being humbled by his daughter.
Also likely to be in the finale season is Heroes star Gregg Grunberg, best-known for playing telepathic cop Matt Parkman.
He was Seth Norris, the ill-fated pilot of Oceanic Flight 815 who fell early victim to the smoke monster.
His return to Lost hinges on talks with bosses at rival network NBC, the home of Heroes.
Last, but not least, there's word that sexy Shannon is back.
Actress Maggie Grace was spotted on a plane to Hawaii, where the final season is being filmed.
She'll be returning from death, alongside Charlie, Ethan and Boone as previously reported here at Anorak City.
Last, but not least, comes confirmation that the first episode will be titled 'LAX' suggesting that the bomb has indeed reset everything, and Oceanic Flight 815 has landed safely in Los Angeles.
