Star Wars finish sets the scene for a manic finale to Harry Potter films

Remember that bit at the end of Empire Strikes back when Luke. Leia and the droids look out over the galaxy in a moment of reflection and trepidation?
All is calm before the storm... Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince ends just like that!
I was lucky enough to attend a VIP event last night at the IMAX to watch the new Harry Potter flick.
The first 12 minutes are a real treat filmed in glorious 3D, but even after you have taken off the glasses the film remains a stunning visual masterpiece from start to finish.
The production on Harry Potter is immense, the backdrops are breathtaking and the magical world of Hogwarts is presented brilliantly.
This time around the real standout scenes were the Quidditch games - how such an unrealistic sport can be made to look so realistic on screen is a mystery.
The film has it all, plenty of magic, mystery, tension, humour and a huge does of teenage angst!
The special effects in the flm really are first rate and to anyone who is thinking of going to watch it I have to say that the IMAX is the only place to watch it.
The final installment(S) promise to be something special.
Here's a our full review of the film from earlier in the week...
