Ridley Scott signs up to Alien 5
At last! Ridley Scott has signed on to direct the fifth Alien movie.
It will be a prequel, explaining how the good ship Nostromo ended up on its ill-fated cargo run, during which it answered the distress call from the Alien planet.
It was Scott, of course, who directed the original 1979 movie in the series - still the best.
And there are whispers that his involvement might tempt Sigourney Weaver to reprise her Ripley role. Here's hoping ...

The alien sequence has been slowly getting worst especially the alien 3. Many still haven't move-on to that movie that they've been unwilling to give any following alien movies a chance. I am not letting my hopes down in this movie. Guy Riordan
