Obi-Wan Kenobi Vs Darth Vader: The best battle in fim history

By Steve Wollaston on Jun 6, 09 11:42 PM

Obi-Wan Kenobi Vs Darth Vader, good vs evil and perhaps one of the most iconic moments in film history.

I stumbled on this clip on You Tube - it brings back so many memories. Is this the best battle of all time for you cult sci-fi fans?

This is good - and at the time I shouted at the screen when Obi Wan was cut down. I also own at lightsaber now, one of the Master Replica ones that lights up and makes noises.

However, I feel this battle has been surpassed.

Darth Maul and his double bladed lightsaber vs Obi Wan and Qui Gon is a better fight (the only good thing about TPM).

Neo vs Smith in the first Matrix film is also pretty cool, as is the lobby battle.

Finally, these guys seem to know what they're about too.

Cheers for the links Mr Solo.

Interesting you think a scene from the worst Star Wars to be better than a scene from the original!

I just thank the heavens above Jar Jar Binks never got his hands on a lightsaber!
