Captain America back from the dead
Captain America is alive and well!
That's somewhat surprising, seeing as he was shot dead on the steps of a courthouse two years ago.
Steve Rogers - the original Cap - will return from the dead in a new five-part Marvel Comic series.
Captain America Reborn starts Stateside on July 1. Just how he comes back from the grave is being kept secret for now.
Since his death, the 68 year-old series has continued with sidekick Bucky Barnes taking up the shield..
Marvel Executive editor Tom Brevoort says: "He hasn't just been lying in a cold grave for these many months."
"When Steve was first killed, there was great outcry. But then as Bucky has taken over as Cap - and has sort of struggled to fill those big shoes."
It's good timing with the movie campaign to reunite the Avengers, of course.
The Hulk and Iron Man are already on board, and the Mighty Thor is set to join them courtesy of Kenneth Branagh's big screen take on the hammer man.
